Charge Up Magazine
The Charge Up Magazine is a quarterly publication that highlights stories from our community of Cancer warriors, survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. We aim to provide a resource that empowers, educates, and inspires our readers. Our magazine will officially launch during the 5th Annual Pink Champagne Gala in Atlanta, Georgia.
Quarterly Issue Submission Deadlines
To be considered within our quarterly magazine, all contributing articles and interviews must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the issue publication date. Print-ready advertisements must be paid and submitted no later than 14 days prior to the publication. Advertisements submitted after the deadline will not be accepted nor refunded, but will be moved to a later publication date.

Article Submissions
Charge Up Magazine is currently accepting submissions for online content and for the launch of our official issue. Our editorial staff reserves the right to determine where submissions are placed and the frequency of use. All contributors will receive a digital copy of the magazine.

Article submission must be between 500-600 words

Include 3-4 High Resolution (300 DPI) Images. Photos provided cannot be selfies or possess watermarks.

Include email, phone number, website, and up to three (3) social media handles alongside the social media platform.

Utilize bullet points within your article to improve readability and to make it more enjoyable

All submissions should be emailed in the form of a word document (.docx) to communications.chargeup@gmail.com

All contributors will be listed on the website with a one-line bio, including a link to the author’s website, product, or service.

If a topic is not listed, you may pitch your ideas to us for consideration. All submissions will receive an email confirmation and/or an acceptance.
Advertisement Guidelines
Share your business, event, or organization with our audience! All advertisement submissions must tbe high-resolution and print-ready. There is an additional fee to design advertisements. Our ability to accept advertisement design requests will be based on availability. Please see the current advertising rates and availability of placement. The number of available ad spaces is subject to change per issue.
